UGL2454-RTXR

Overview

The UGL2454-RTXR is a 54Mbps Wireless 4-port Broadband Router with Atheros Super-G mode to enhance a maximum wireless speed up to 108Mbps data transfer rate. There is also integrated with a built-in infrastructure mode wireless access point and one WAN plus four LAN switches. Therefore, it is an ideal device for home and SOHO networking to a share high speed internet connection, files, printers, and multimedia communications with the flexibility, speed and security you need.

The UGL2454RTXR is both WiFi IEE802.11g and IEEE802.11b compliant, which can connect and interoperate with other 802.11g/b compatible wireless router, access point, Notebook PC Card, USB and PCI adapters. It also backwards compatible with 802.11b network and device to save your previous wireless network investment.

The UGL2454-RTXR features Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA) and 64/128-bit WEP Encryption to provide an enhanced level of security for wireless data communications. The UGL2454-RTXR also includes advanced security features such as WPA2 and AES to keep your wireless connection safe from unauthorized access. The router can serves as a DHCP server, has a powerful SPI firewall to protect your PCs against intruders and most known internet attacks, and supports VPN pass-through.

A setup wizard is provided as the part of the web configuration utility. You can simply follow the step-by-step process to get your wireless router configuration ready to run in few easy steps by clicking on the “Wizard” button on the function menu.
